Do you carry children’s sizes?
Yes! We have an extensive selection of boys’ footwear (as shown in our menu) and can help outfit your whole family for outdoor adventures.
What type of footwear is best for winter/rainy conditions?
Our Kamik winter boots and Bogs rain boots are specially designed for harsh weather. We recommend ordering these seasonal items well in advance as they tend to sell quickly when weather changes approach.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. After dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx ($12.95)
  • Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS (free for orders over $50)
International shipments may take slightly longer and could be subject to customs fees.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most countries globally, excluding some Asian and remote areas. During checkout, our system will confirm if we can deliver to your location.

We recommend carefully checking size charts before ordering. If you need to exchange for a different size, contact us within 15 days of receipt. You’ll need to return the original pair (at your expense) and place a new order for the correct size.
