Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn footwear (including tried-on shoes with visible signs of wear)
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Personalized or custom-ordered products

Step 2: Package Your Item

Once your return is approved:

  • Repackage the item in its original box with all packaging materials
  • Include the original receipt or packing slip
  • Securely seal the package to prevent damage during transit

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item:

  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your replacement item

Exchange shipping times follow our standard delivery estimates (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS).

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges

Damaged or Defective Items
