- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your outdoor footwear! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of Birkenstock sandals, Blundstone boots, Bogs footwear, or any of our boys’ collections, we offer a simple return and exchange process.
Our Return Policy
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn footwear (including tried-on shoes with visible signs of wear)
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Personalized or custom-ordered products
